To keep landlords in the loop about their investment properties, we give them access to a web-based owner portal that offers real-time insights and updates.

This enables them to peruse financial reports such as rent payments, repair costs, and management fees, as well as copies of the lease and their contract with us.

We track all rent payments to ensure your tenant is up-to-date. However, if they fall behind on a payment, we have set procedures in place, including breach notices, that comply with Queensland law to encourage them to quickly restore the arrears.

If we find that anything needs fixing or repairing during our routine inspections, we will advise you immediately and provide you with photographic evidence.

We can also source quotes for you from our network of trusted and fully licenced contractors, and if you approve them, coordinate the repairs on your behalf.

All our tenants are given contact numbers for both office and after-hours to advise us of any emergency repairs that need to be carried out.
